Our story started in the oil and gas industry in Oklahoma. During the 2008 financial crisis, we started buying distressed real estate with profits from our drill bit manufacturing company. In a short time, the real estate portfolio had become a significant part of the family business.

After we sold the company, we decided to move full-time into the real estate business and build on more than a decade of experience in acquisition, development, and operations.  As we look forward over the coming decades, we are focused on continuing to build an excellent product for our investors, tenants, and communities.
